Answer every call.Capture every opportunity.Book more jobs.
Managed Main Street designs, launches, and manages an AI front office for your business. It answers inbound calls, gathers the right details, answers approved questions, texts booking links, transfers urgent callers, and keeps every conversation organized.
We configure the workflows, test the experience, and improve it every month—so your team gets a working system rather than another app to figure out.
No pressure. Hear the type of experience your customers would receive.

The problem
A lead can be lost before—or after—the phone rings.
An unclear website loses visitors before they contact you. An unanswered call loses customers who are ready to act. Managed Main Street fixes the phone experience first and can rebuild the website when it is part of the problem.
Before the phone rings
Optional website layer- Mobile visitors cannot find the right service
- Calls to action are unclear
- Pages load slowly or feel outdated
- Trust signals are missing
- Booking and estimate paths are confusing
- Form submissions lack a defined destination
After the phone rings
Core managed front office- Calls roll to voicemail
- After-hours requests wait until morning
- Intake depends on who answers
- Important details are missed
- Callers receive no immediate next step
- Owners cannot see where calls are being lost
Use the layer you need. Manage both through one accountable partner.
The Managed AI Front Office works with your current website. A website rebuild is optional.
Start safely
Begin with the calls your team already misses.
Place the AI after your existing team, after business hours, or in a dedicated overflow path. Start with a narrow workflow, review the calls, and expand only after the experience meets your standards.
- After-hours calls
- Overflow during busy periods
- Lunches and meetings
- Holidays and temporary staffing gaps
Live demonstration
Call it before you trust it.
Call the demonstration number and experience the AI workflow. Ask a common business question, request service, have a booking link texted to you, or ask to be transferred.
Call the demo line
Demo available during business hours
This demonstration is answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded.
Suggested test prompts
- “I need an emergency repair.”
- “Can I schedule an estimate?”
- “What areas do you serve?”
- “I need to speak with a person.”
What happens during and after the call
- 1The call enters a configured call flow
- 2The AI identifies itself as a virtual assistant
- 3The caller’s intent and relevant details are collected
- 4Approved business questions are answered
- 5The AI texts a link, transfers the caller, creates a job request in your field-service software, or takes a messageJob request available when your field-service software (e.g. Housecall Pro, Jobber) is connected and configured.
- 6The call, SMS, summary, and transcript stay in one shared conversation
- 7Managed Main Street reviews patterns and improves the workflow

Business knowledge
Answers from approved business knowledge—with a clear human fallback.

Managed Main Street is a technology service business. We select, configure, and manage proven software on your behalf—giving local businesses practical systems that are implemented, monitored, and improved for them, not another dashboard they have to figure out themselves.
“Your customers do not care which AI model or website framework is running behind the scenes. They care that the business is easy to find, easy to contact, and prepared to help. Managed Main Street combines capable platforms with hands-on design, implementation, testing, and ongoing review.”
- Managed Main Street owns the implementation and management plan
- The client approves business knowledge and escalation rules
- The phone platform provides the communication layer
- The client owns its accounts, domain, and business data

Talk directly with the operatorQuestions business owners ask before getting started
No. The Managed AI Front Office works with your current website and phone number. Website Design & Management is an optional add-on for businesses whose current site is slow, dated, unclear, or difficult to maintain.
We design and develop production Next.js websites, then deploy and manage them on industry-standard hosting. The customer is buying a professionally designed and managed website—not access to a website-generation tool.
You retain ownership of your domain and receive access to the website project and source code. Managed Main Street receives the access needed to manage deployments and updates while the management service is active.
Calls and text links can direct visitors to your business number. Standard forms route to the agreed email, CRM, field-service platform, or form backend. Sending form data into the phone system requires a separately configured and tested integration.
Yes. We can point the site’s call and text actions to your business number without rebuilding it. A website replacement is only recommended when the existing site is hurting trust, usability, speed, or conversion.
Management includes deployment oversight, form testing, performance review, analytics review, defined content updates, dependency maintenance, and periodic conversion recommendations. It does not include unlimited redesigns, unlimited pages, or ongoing SEO content production.
The standard website includes technical and local SEO foundations such as page structure, metadata, mobile performance, and appropriate structured data. Ongoing content strategy, link building, location-page expansion, and search-ranking work require separate scope.
We standardize the managed service on a business phone plan with AI answering because it supports call transfers, phone menus, automatic recording, analytics, and selected business integrations. Automatic AI call tagging can be added when useful.
The standard workflow can collect an appointment request and text the caller a booking link during the live call. When your field-service software (such as Housecall Pro or Jobber) is connected, the AI can create a job request directly in it. Direct booking inside another system depends on that system’s supported integration and is not assumed in the standard offer.
The AI can text the caller during a live call, such as sending a booking link or approved next step. The phone system can also send configured auto-replies for missed calls, voicemail, incoming texts, and after-hours contacts. Multi-step nurture campaigns require separate scope.
We define the knowledge, instructions, and escalation path before launch. Depending on the situation, the AI can transfer the caller, take a detailed message, or provide an approved next step. Managed Main Street reviews selected conversations and updates the workflow over time.
The AI confirms the transfer and sends the call to the selected teammate, shared inbox, or external number. Once transferred, the AI leaves the call. If no one answers, the destination’s voicemail or fallback behavior applies.
In many cases, the number can be ported into the phone system. We can also evaluate forwarding, after-hours, or overflow routing during implementation.
Yes. The configured greeting should identify the virtual assistant and provide the appropriate recording notice.
The client owns and pays for the phone workspace directly. Managed Main Street receives the administrative access required to configure and manage the system.
It can handle after-hours calls, overflow, repetitive intake, common questions, booking-link delivery, and message taking. Many businesses begin by using it alongside their current team rather than immediately replacing a person.
No. The AI handles inbound calls. Outbound AI calling is not included in the standard offer.
Yes, but custom API work, web-form automation, CRM workflows, outbound messaging, lead nurture, and other cross-platform automations are separately scoped. They are not assumed in the Managed AI Front Office or standard website package.
Managed Main Street is an independent implementation and management service. The phone, AI, and hosting tools we use are third-party platforms. Platform references do not imply a formal partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.
